The technician Joe Clark was simply the best technician that I have dealt with over the years. The problem with my washing machine was not easily diagnosed with the information that I was giving him. He stayed with it until he figured out the problem I am a senior on a fixed income. They are very reasonable and care about their customer. Marco has helped us over several visits with our refrigerator and dishwasher. He's honest and dependable. Was able to be at our house the same day and didn't even charge us for our most recent service because the fridge just needed to defrost

I had a dryer that wasn't heating. Called Appliance Cowboys and they came out same day and very quickly diagnosed the problem. I needed to replace a part that they didn't have (I have an old dyer) and they told me they would come back in two days to fix, but would try to come back in one day. He actually came back in less than one day. Very pleased with the service. They go above and beyond.
