I called for an ice maker repair and was connected with Demetrio and he was able to come out same day. He and Rey came and did a thorough job of diagnosing the issue. Demetrio was very professional and friendly and provided great communication updates with getting the part needed and the additional scheduling that took place. He issued me that the work performed was guaranteed and to not hesitate to call the office if any problems arise later. I would definitely recommend this company and very happy to have a go-to company to call for appliance repairs.

This is the second time I've had the Appliance Cowboys come out! I've had a dryer, fridge, stove top and garbage disposal fixed with them. Maynor was excellent, he really knows his stuff! Will be using Appliance Cowboy for any repairs in the future.

Very responsive, showed up on time for appointment, was both knowledgeable and professional. Even cleaned a very, very refrigerator filter with over 7 years of dirt and cat hair. I recommend and will use them for future appliance issues.

Dimitrio and Rey arrived early, figured out the problem with my refrigerator, were able to completely fix the issue without ordering unnecessary parts, and finished in under 30 minutes. And they were cheerful and professional! I will definitely call again.

Angel was outstanding! We called Appliance Cowboy on a Thursday afternoon about problems with our dryer & were told a tech would get back to us within a few hours (not a problem). Angel called within 45 minutes and offered to come immediately! Unfortunately we aren’t home, but we made an appointment for the next day. Angel was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. He not only replaced the dryer part but also cleaned the interior and vent and vent hose! The total cost was very reasonable and they guaranteed their work. My dryer now runs like a dream! If you need dryer repair, ask for Angel!

7.03.26 Demetrio and Rey came to service my Electrolux All Refrigerator. It was leaking water and the sills need replacement. They quickly and professionally got the drain cleaned and are checking on the parts availability. Appliance Cowboys always get the job done! Thank you! .................................................................. UPDATE: Had a problem with the ice maker not making ice. Joseph came out today, 4.13.23 and immediately was able to determine the problem. The ice maker has already started making ice. Thanks again for your expertise and professionalism. Joseph was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the problem with the dishwasher not cleaning and ordered the part to stabilize it so the drawers don't make it fall over when you open the top dishwasher drawer. He returned as scheduled to install the part once it came in. Thank you!
